I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with my Masters in Physical Therapy in 2019. Prior to this, I received my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Bemidji State University in Minnesota where I played NCAA Division 1 women’s ice hockey. I made the move to Fort McMurray three years ago and am extremely grateful to live and work in this beautiful community I now call home!
My passion for an active lifestyle combined with my athletic background has fueled my interest in exercise prescription, manual therapy and functional dry needling. I place a strong emphasis on educating my patients and am a firm believer in providing a comprehensive treatment plan that is tailored to best serve each individual.
Since graduating I have gone on to complete a variety of continuing education courses and strive to keep up with the latest evidence based practice. I am currently trained in: Functional dry needling, Kinesio-Taping, Mulligan Upper Quadrant, Shift Level 2 Concussion Assessment & Treatment, Spinal Manipulation, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Assessment.
I strive to use my professional knowledge to equip people with the tools that will allow them to achieve both their fitness and functional goals. I enjoy treating a variety of populations including: athletic, post-surgical, geriatric, neurological, musculoskeletal, motor vehicle and worker compensation injuries as well as building functional and athletic training programs.
In my spare time I love being outside playing golf or in the mountains hiking and snowboarding. I also enjoy weightlifting, playing hockey and badminton and spending time with my family and our dog Nova.

I have worked in private practice settings since 2015 here in Fort McMurray as well as in St. John’s, NL and Calgary, AB.
